Each wedding at Son Togores is a real eye-candy to photograph. Even though we are familiar with this wedding venue, it never ceases to amaze us!
Ciara & Conor
This French chateau wedding was pure awesome! Ciara and Conor chose a historical venue in Dordogne, south of France to celebrate their beautiful event with their friends and family from Ireland. We've met them about a year ago while shooting the wedding of their friends in Poland, and after a quick Skype call we knew that their destination wedding is going to be amazing!
Getting married in France is not easy to organise, as any destination wedding, so the couple counted with the help of Amy, a wedding planner from Marry me in France.
The wedding day started slow - Ciara and her friends got ready at one of the suits of the castle, while Conor and the groomsmen took a quick refreshing bath before getting into their suits. Overcast sky didn't break the festive mood of the couple and for us it was a joy to capture those moments!
While the couple was getting ready, the team of Marry me in France was setting up the reception in the courtyard of this beautiful French chateau.
This chateau is one of the most impressive wedding venues in France. On its site there are a lot of beautiful spaces, such as a long tree tunnel, perfect for the moment of saying "I do".
The ceremony was conducted by couples' friend and was full of tears and laughter, definitely one of the most emotive moments of the weekend!
After the ceremony, the guests were led to the back of the chateau to enjoy beautiful views during the cocktail hour.
The venue has many beautiful spots, so we took a few moments after the cocktail to take a walk around the castle with the couple :)
Amy from Marry me in France did an amazing job organising the wedding. The dinner setup was cute and simple, giving the importance to the golden stone walls of the chateau.
Few drops of rain did not break the spirit, as all the guests were laughing amused by the speeches.
Definitely the Irish know how to party! The night was filled with dances, cigars, French wine, and lots of fun :)

One of the reasons Ciara and Conor chose this French chateau was because of it's open-air swimming pool, perfect to organise the day-after pool party with the wedding guests! And how we enjoyed shooting it..
Ciara and Conor created a fantastic event. Good energy was flowing everywhere and we really felt like on of the guests. This wedding will stay in out minds for long time! Thank you guys!
