Each wedding at Son Togores is a real eye-candy to photograph. Even though we are familiar with this wedding venue, it never ceases to amaze us!

To be a wedding photographer in San Miguel de Allende is a true gift. This touristic Mexican town is just beautiful, the colourful streets filled with sunset light are pure magic. We tottaly understand why this place belongs to the Pueblos Mágicos programme.
Photographing a wedding in Mexico was on our bucket list for some time, and thanks to Erika and Toni we got to do it this year :) Lots of things happened, so buckle up, this will be a long one!
As any region rich in culture and traditions, San Miguel de Allende has it's customs when it comes to wedding celebration, like for example the famous Callejoneada, that we had an opportunity to photograph the day before the wedding :)
The couple got ready in different locations: Erika in a cute and cosy Boutique Hacienda el Santuario hotel, just few streets from the temple; and Toni prepared in the house together with his friends and family.
Erika and Toni had their ceremony in Templo de San Francisco in the heart of the town. This 18-century church had the most beautiful light we saw in any church. Like ever! Photographing the ceremony was nothing but a pleasure.
Instituto Allende is a beautiful location, with the characteristic view on the Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel. The place was awesome just alone, but with the decoration and space design of Lucero Alvarez, the wedding planner, it's awesomeness went to the whole new level. A mix of green, white and wood, combined with exquisite taste.
Here we really want to thank the light team Bright & Light and the awesome Baxter DJ. 7h of non stop party, people on fire the whole time, just amazing! We couldn't get the shots that we got without such a great help of these guys!!
And let's just say this: first dance confetti just got two new fans :D
